Project description
The theme for DISCO's internal company kickoff in 2019 was "To 100 million and beyond." During this time DISCO was experiencing 100%+ year-over-year growth, with the goal of growing revenue to over 100 million, an eventually an IPO. This would require another level of process and cooperation to scale the company.
To visually illustrate this idea, I designed a hero illustration of the company's internal mascot, a husky named Fetch, riding a rocket into space. This graphic was printed on t-shirts, a 10-foot vinyl banner, and simplified to a "mission patch" that was used throughout the event for things like stickers, presentation templates and gobos for lighting.
